Hi, my name is Becky-Sue Collins, and I bring over 24 years of experience in the mental health field. I have spent most of my life in Maine, and my passion for this work began at the age of 19 when I first entered the field. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, working with diverse populations and gaining valuable experience that has truly shaped my approach to supporting others. Later in my career, I made the decision to return to school to further my education in mental health. This step was especially meaningful to me, both personally and professionally, as I wanted to continue growing while setting a strong example for my family. I currently serve as a Case Manager and Team Leader in our Waterville office, a role I’ve held since 2023. I genuinely enjoy supporting both the individuals we serve and the members of my team, and I value creating a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment where everyone feels encouraged. Outside of work, I enjoy reading in my hammock, exploring the Maine outdoors, and making memories with my family and loved ones. My husband and I have been together for 16 years, and we share three wonderful children and our beloved pets. I also love taking scenic drives along Maine’s back roads in my Jeep whenever I get the chance. At the end of the day, I feel grateful to be part of a field where I can support others while continuing to learn and grow myself. It’s work that means a great deal to me, and I remain deeply committed to making a positive difference each day.
